WASARESCUEBOARD 4

This is going to be a 9' version of the
10' egg with the blue swirl I made myself last year.

These old rescue boards are not quite wide enough
to fit a 23" wide board into.
So I had to add 2" to the width.

I purchased some 1" thick foam sheets,
cut them out to fit either side of the centre ply stringer
that had been cut to the exact rocker and thickness
that I wanted.
This new stringer was then glued into the blank.

After a couple of hours mowing all
the excess foam away.
I was ready to mark out the outline.

Dimentions and the templates used.

Ready for some glass.

Bottom lam down.

'THE HEART & THE SEA' A NATHAN OLDFIELD FILM

A few words from Nathan.

Finally, here's the trailer to 'The Heart & The Sea.'
After working on this for over three years,
it feels good to get this out there to give people an idea about the heartbeat of the film.
I hope you like this first glimpse.
As an independent filmmaker with zero advertising budget,
this little clip is all I have so please share it with your friends!
Thanks for taking the time to have a look into 'The Heart & The Sea'
& as always, thank you for visiting this small corner of the interwebs.

The Heart & The Sea is premiering at my local theatre,
 Avoca Beach Picture Theatre,
on Saturday, December 8th. The outdoor bar opens at 3.30,
so come & have a beer & celebrate with us.
The theatre is releasing tickets now, but they can't be pre-booked,
only purchased.
Last time our premiere of Seaworthy at Avoca sold out pretty quickly,
so call 02 43821777 now. Thanks for your interest in the film.
If you live nearby, I hope to see you there!
