READY TO GLASS
The blank was from an old 70's backyard single fin.
The tiger stripe was done by dipping a length of wool in acrylic paint
and then draped on the painted blank and pulled tight around the rails.

10' BALSA BUILD Pt1
But all the balsa and cedar is recycled and cost nothing.
The balsa, all 240 plus 6"x 6"x 2" blocks of end grain
balsa had been thrown out by a
boatbuilding company that I use to work for.
The cedar was an old outdoor table.
Then 3 at a time were glued end to end to form four 10' 6" long logs.
